Yes. That is where the workshop is. If you are in the village or the surrounding lanes we are minutes away. That is why small jobs are worth doing here at all.
Yes, though a list is better value than a single item because of the visit. If you have five things that need doing, write them down and send them together.
Locally it is usually days rather than weeks. Send a photo of the room with your enquiry and we can often tell you the shape of the job before we arrive.
Yes, along with Felindre, Hendre and the villages between. Anything in that ring is effectively local.

Kitchens
Units, worktops, doors and end panels fitted to the room you have. Like for like swaps and full rip outs.
Structural
Load-bearing walls taken out and steel put in. The engineer calculates it, we install to that, and building control signs it off.
Living rooms
Television recessed, cables run out of sight, chimney breast boxed and finished ready for paint.
Panelling
Set out around the sockets, the radiator and the chimney breast before anything is cut. Rooms, hallways and staircases.
