Third bedrooms are often too shallow for a standard wardrobe with a hinged door that opens fully, so it is either a reduced depth carcass or sliding doors, and that gets decided with a tape in the room.
Lofts here are worth boarding properly. Current guidance is 270mm of insulation against a 100mm joist, so boarding straight onto the joists squashes most of it. Raised boarding on legs keeps the depth and still gives you the storage.
Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs here. Builder-standard is usually a single rail and one shelf in a room that could hold a great deal more. The rooms are square and the ceilings level, so a full wall goes in cleanly.
Fitted furniture is not usually structural, so replacing a wardrobe is not typically a warranty issue. If you are inside the warranty period, check with your provider before work starts. We would rather you asked than assumed.
Usually yes, in the space between the trusses. It will not give you a room, but it gives you proper storage with the insulation left at full depth underneath instead of crushed.

Kitchens
Units, worktops, doors and end panels fitted to the room you have. Like for like swaps and full rip outs.
Structural
Load-bearing walls taken out and steel put in. The engineer calculates it, we install to that, and building control signs it off.
Living rooms
Television recessed, cables run out of sight, chimney breast boxed and finished ready for paint.
Panelling
Set out around the sockets, the radiator and the chimney breast before anything is cut. Rooms, hallways and staircases.
