Where we work

Bridgend county, the Vale and Cardiff

Pencoed, Bridgend, Cowbridge, Porthcawl, Pontyclun, Llanharan, Llantrisant and Cardiff.

How far we travel, and why it changes what is worth booking

The workshop is in Pencoed. Most of Bridgend county is inside ten minutes of it, Cowbridge and the Vale about twenty, and Cardiff about thirty.

That distance decides which jobs make sense. A single door rehang is worth doing five minutes away and is not worth anyone's day forty minutes away. A fitted wardrobe, a kitchen or a wall coming out is worth the drive wherever you are in that ring, because the job runs over days rather than hours.

So if you are close, send the small list as well as the big job. If you are further out, one bigger piece of work is the sensible way to start.

Each town has its own page because the housing stock differs. A Brackla new build and a Cowbridge stone cottage need different answers to the same question, and pretending otherwise wastes a visit.

If you are just outside this ring, ask. The answer is a straight yes or no rather than a maybe.
