Common questions

Can you fit a kitchen I have already bought?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We fit kitchens from most suppliers. We will also check the delivery against the plan before the job starts, because a missing end panel found on day three costs everybody a week.

Do you do the gas and electrics?

No. Gas, electrics and the final plumbing connections are certified trades and get signed off by the people who hold those certificates. We fit around them and set the order of work so the trades are not tripping over each other.

When does the worktop get templated?

After the units are level and fixed, never before. Templating early is the single most common reason a stone worktop does not fit, and it is an expensive mistake to correct.

Can I stay in the house?

Usually, but you will be without a kitchen for the duration. A like for like swap is the shorter disruption. Moving the sink or the hob means other trades first, and that stretches it.

Do you take the old kitchen out?

Yes, and it gets priced in. Disposal is worth agreeing up front, because a full rip-out fills a skip, not a car boot.
