Some of a renovation is certified work that a carpenter should not be doing. These are the people Rhys would point you at for it.
Gas, electrics and the final plumbing connections are certified trades. Ashwood does not do them and does not pretend to. On a full renovation they are booked and sequenced as part of the job so they are not tripping over each other in your house.

The electrics on a renovation are a certified trade and Ashwood does not touch them. Renovolt is a NAPIT-registered electrician working the same patch, from EV chargers and fuse board upgrades to full rewires and landlord EICRs.
